Had Wenger backpack for 5 years. Zippers always breaking. Tried to submit a claim with them, was denied. Going for lifetime guarantee with the REAL SWISS ARMY. Love the backpack. Love the design. Very compact on outside, but plenty of room on the inside. How do they do it? LOVE THIS BAG! If you are on the fence about it, buy it now. You won't be disappointed.
