I am not sure how this product received such good reviews. This backpack is falling apart in multiple places after only 2 1/2 months. When I contacted eBags (seller) to exchange the product, it was denied. I will not purchase from eBags again.

I am a college student. I carry my laptop around with me and a few folders and notebooks.
When I used the backpack for the first time, it was very uncomfortable and stiff and hurt my back a ton! But now, a couple weeks later, its a lot better, and I like it a lot. I don't think I would recommend this for a very small, and thin person. The shoulder sit kind of wide on the shoulders. I guess, I dont have the most broad of shoulders either.
I like the color. I was afraid it would be too blue for me, but I barely even think about it, and you don't see many people with a backpack like mine on campus.
I like the laptop compartment, it seems to be fine for my laptop. The pockets are all nice. I can fit my Camelbak water bottle in the side holders. The one thing I don't like is that there is a small pocket zip for inbetween the larger compartment zips, and it is not soft lined. It's like a plastic-y material. But, I do love the pocket, because a lot of my small things can go in it. Like, my pocket book, chapstick, headphones, phone... etc.
Good backpack, it seems very sturdy! It took forever to be shipped to me though!

I am a college student who needed a bigger, sturdier bag to hold everything. And I mean EVERYTHING! On a daily basis I carry one huge textbook, 2 medium textbooks, 3-4 notebooks, including a file folder for each notebook, laptop, power cord, graphing calculator, pen/pencil organizer, wallet, phone, gum, mints, and there's still plenty of room for more. When it's full, it weighs 25lbs. There is a mesh pocket on the strap for you phone and also a mesh pocket on the side for a 20oz pop/water bottle. I don't use the cell phone pocket, it seems to be really narrow and the elastic is really tight. I have no issues with the straps, took me a little to get used to since I haven't worn a backpack in years, but they're very padded and comfortable. The back is well padded as well. There's a laptop sleeve and a tablet sleeve if you have both. The zippers are good quality, slightly heavy-duty. None of the previous reviews mentioned the construction of the bottom of the bag so I was a little unsure of my purchase. The main compartment is well padded/reinforced. The secondary compartment is not, but I just put lighter stuff in there and it works fine. Would recommend this to anyone who has to carry a little or a lot, it does the job!!! Great product, color was better then the picture too. I would buy this again, but I don't think it's going to wear out soon.
